How Pausing Your Membership Works

You may pause your membership throughout the year.

Important timing notes:

  • We do not offer same-day pauses.

  • Pause requests are processed within 72 hours (3 days) of submitting this form.

  • Because of this processing window, pause start dates cannot be set in the past.

If you request a pause that begins within 72 hours of submission:

  • Your pause will begin on the day we process it, not the date you selected.

  • We cannot guarantee your card will not be charged if the request is submitted less than 72 hours before your renewal date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for charges that occur due to late pause requests.

How a Custom Pause Works

When you choose your own pause dates, your membership is temporarily frozen for that exact time period.

Here’s what that means:

  • You won’t be able to attend classes or use membership benefits during your pause.

  • You are not charged for the days your membership is paused.

  • Any unused time or passes on your plan are saved — nothing is lost.

When your membership resumes:

  • Your billing date is automatically pushed back by the same number of days your plan was paused.

  • All future billing will continue on this new adjusted date.

  • You’ll pick up right where you left off, with the remaining time or passes from before your pause.

In short:
You’re not skipping value — you’re simply shifting your membership forward.
