How Pausing Your Membership Works
You may pause your membership throughout the year.
Important timing notes:
We do not offer same-day pauses.
Pause requests are processed within 72 hours (3 days) of submitting this form.
Because of this processing window, pause start dates cannot be set in the past.
If you request a pause that begins within 72 hours of submission:
Your pause will begin on the day we process it, not the date you selected.
We cannot guarantee your card will not be charged if the request is submitted less than 72 hours before your renewal date.
Refunds will not be issued for charges that occur due to late pause requests.
How a Custom Pause Works
When you choose your own pause dates, your membership is temporarily frozen for that exact time period.
Here’s what that means:
You won’t be able to attend classes or use membership benefits during your pause.
You are not charged for the days your membership is paused.
Any unused time or passes on your plan are saved — nothing is lost.
When your membership resumes:
Your billing date is automatically pushed back by the same number of days your plan was paused.
All future billing will continue on this new adjusted date.
You’ll pick up right where you left off, with the remaining time or passes from before your pause.
In short:
You’re not skipping value — you’re simply shifting your membership forward.
