Employer Pays

Full Employer Coverage

Your organization covers the full rate. One monthly, quarterly, or annual invoice for all enrolled employees. Paid by corporate card or invoiced to accounting.

Co-Pay

Employer and Employee Split

Your organization covers a portion, employees pay the remainder through their Walla account. We work with you to set up the split that fits your benefits structure.

Self-Pay

Employee Promo Code

No employer invoice. Employees use an organization-specific promo code to access the discounted rate and pay directly. Zero administrative burden on your end.

Billing Details

  • You only pay for active participants -- employees who pause or cancel are removed from the next billing cycle
  • Monthly billing: corporate credit card charged on the 1st of each month
  • Quarterly and annual billing: invoiced to your accounting office or charged to card on file
  • ACH bank transfer coming soon -- contact us if this is your preferred method
  • Keycards are $50 per employee, $25 refundable when returned in good condition

Enrollment and Onboarding

  • Each employee completes their own waiver and picks up their keycard at the facility during staffed hours
  • Onboarding takes about 10 minutes per employee -- no appointment needed
  • New employees can be added to the corporate account at any time
  • Government rate requires verification of VI government employment

Agreements

  • Month-to-month plans have no minimum commitment -- cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • Annual agreements require a 12-month commitment with 60-day cancellation notice
  • Rates are subject to annual review -- existing agreements honored through their term
  • Minimum 5 enrolled employees to qualify for corporate pricing
