Islander Member Rates

Qualified STX businesses · No member minimum

A dedicated plan for employees of qualified St. Croix businesses. Paid by the employer, by the employee, or split. 1-month minimum, 3-day notice to pause or cancel. To get qualified, the owner or manager takes a short facility tour and a no-pressure corporate conversation. After that, the owner gives us a list of their interested employees, or leaves a contact number we can text to verify a team member. Anyone they confirm becomes eligible.

Business Plans

5+ enrolled employees · 6-month paid minimum

Business pricing requires a 6-month paid minimum. Employer-funded plans for organizations enrolling 5 or more employees. Set member count, single shared billing cycle. New employees can be added anytime, prorated to the company's renewal date. Employer pays 100% or runs a 50/50 co-pay with the employee.

Employer Pays

Full Employer Coverage

Your organization covers the full per-employee rate. One invoice for the set member count.

  • Check, ACH (coming soon), or corporate card (4% processing fee)
  • 6-month paid minimum with a set member count
  • Add members anytime, prorated to the company's billing cycle so all employees share the same renewal date
  • Managed at the organization level. Single point of contact.
50/50 Co-Pay

Employer and Employee Split

Your organization covers half. Employees cover the other half through their personal Walla account.

  • Employer portion invoiced monthly to the organization
  • Employee portion billed to their Walla account, card on file
  • Available on all Business Plans (Movement Member, All Access Member, ELEMENTS)
  • Lower per-employee cost to the business, real skin in the game for the team.
Islander Member

Employee or Employer

Available only at qualified St. Croix businesses. Employee pays the Islander Member rate from their own Walla account, or the business pays for them. No commitment.

  • Business is qualified through a facility tour and corporate conversation
  • Once qualified, the owner provides an employee list
  • Anyone on the list can enroll at the Islander Member rate
  • Standard individual member pause and cancel policies apply.

Universal Terms

  • Business Plans require a 6-month paid minimum with a set member count and a shared billing cycle. New employees can be added anytime at the same per-employee rate, prorated to the company's renewal date so all employees share the same cycle.
  • Islander Member rates require the business to be qualified. Qualification is a short facility tour and corporate conversation with the owner or manager. No sales pressure, no purchase required.
  • Keycards are $50 per employee ($25 refundable when returned in good condition). Required for 1st floor gym access. Payable by employer or employee.
  • Each employee completes their own waiver and picks up their keycard at the facility during staffed hours.
  • Payment options: check, ACH (coming soon, no fee), or corporate card on file (4% processing fee). 50/50 co-pay also available, with employee portion billed to their Walla account.
  • Every enrolled employee maintains a personal Walla account with a card on file, used only for purchases outside the membership (drinks, gift shop, spa, retail).
  • Business Plans: cancel with 30 days notice after the 6-month paid minimum.
  • Islander Member: pause or cancel anytime with 3 days notice after the 1-month minimum.
