Being a yoga teacher is more than demonstrating poses at the front of the room.
It’s about sharing your journey, lighting that spark in others, and supporting them in living well—both on and off the mat.
The Movement Method’s integrated 4-step approach empowers you to lead with purpose.
Imagine guiding someone through their first deep breath, helping them feel less anxious for the first time in years.
