Full Facility Access

Yoga, group fitness, 24/7 gym, and all scheduled classes. Individual keycards, no sign-in sheet required. Members come and go on their own schedule.

Pilates & Personal Training

Reformer Pilates and personal training available at corporate rates. Ideal as an incentive benefit or add-on for performance recognition programs.

Massage & Recovery

Massage therapy and skincare available at negotiated corporate rates. Add Elements contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge) as an upgrade for deeper recovery access.

Flexible Enrollment

Employees enroll and cancel on their own schedule. No minimum per billing cycle. You only pay for active participants. No wasted budget on employees who are not using it.

Monthly Reporting

Simple monthly report showing active participants and usage by service. Useful for HR reporting and demonstrating program ROI to leadership.

Minimum Enrollment Our Islander Member rates have no employee minimum and are open to qualified St. Croix businesses of any size. Our Business Plans start at 5 employees. Solo operators are welcome at standard individual membership rates.

Already a Member? If some of your employees are already members, we transition them onto the corporate rate when your agreement is in place. No disruption to existing memberships.

How a Business Becomes Qualified We reserve our Islander Member rates for employees of qualified St. Croix businesses. To get qualified, the owner or manager visits the facility for a short tour and a no-pressure conversation about corporate options. After that, the owner either gives us a list of their interested employees, or leaves us with a contact number we can text to verify someone is on their team.
