This challenging vinyasa-style class builds strength and steadiness throughout the sequences. ✨ We all need more mindfulness & movement in our lives, & we've got you covered! This style uses breath synchronized to movement in and through each posture. We will build heat in the body as the flow progresses towards a peak pose or particular thematic element. All levels are welcome!
This class is taught with the A/C off promoting an increase in heat and sweat.🔥
