Prenatal yoga class is designed to support each individual momma on their unique and beautiful journey.✨ This class will be a slower flow giving you time and space to feel connected with your baby. Breath work and pelvic floor attention will be cued. This class is also open to postnatal women. It is the perfect way to get back to your yoga practice after your body has properly healed. We will help set up props and blankets in order for all poses to feel accessible, comfortable, and grounding.
