A perfect way to close out your weekend and begin your week refreshed, relaxed, & renewed! Avory will lead you through a yoga flow that guides you out of your mind and into your body ~ joyfully incorporating intentional breathwork and mindful movement to clear stagnation, strengthen the body, and find a deep stretch. After your physical practice, you will melt into complete ease in a comfortable Savasana (resting pose) where Cass will begin the sound journey. All you have to do is JUST BE as the gentle vibrations surround and hold you in a calming, healing embrace. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be provided to make this accessible for all levels/bodies, and to provide the most comfortable Savasana possible .
