Classes must be canceled at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 5 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations will be charged $15.

For Reformer plans or packages, no-shows will be charged $20 and lose the class.
Late Arrival Policy
A 5-minute late policy is enforced for safety and class experience.
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be denied entry and considered a late cancellation.
Reformer Classes
Reformer classes are small-group, equipment-based sessions with limited capacity.
Classes do not roll over.
All classes must be used within the current billing period.
Reformer memberships renew every 28 days.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in loss of the class, and applicable fees may apply.
Class Packs
Class packs expire 6 months from the purchase date.
Unused classes do not roll over and are non-refundable.
Special Events
Special events or limited-capacity offerings may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at booking.
General Policy Notes

If Island Movement or Elements elects to issue a courtesy credit, it will be applied as account credit only and may not be refunded.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary or permanent booking restrictions.
These policies are in place to respect instructor time, class capacity, and the overall client experience.
