Before you start, have these ready
  • Your legal name and mailing address (for tax documents).
  • Your phone number and the email you want us to use for your Walla staff account and paystubs.
  • Your start date.
  • A clear headshot for your staff profile. If you teach or provide a service (instructors, therapists, estheticians), also have your proof of active Professional Liability Insurance to upload, plus a short bio and a few photos so we can promote you.
What happens after you submit
  1. We set up your accounts.
  2. You'll get a Welcome to Walla email to set up your staff account login.
  3. You'll also get an email from Melio, our payroll system. Open its secure link to enter your direct deposit details. If you're a 1099 contractor, you'll complete your W-9 there too.
  4. That's it, you're all set and ready to be paid.
